For as long as Alice can remember, she has dreamed of Max. Together they have traveled the world and fallen deliriously, hopelessly in love. Max is the boy of her dreams—and only her dreams. Because he doesn’t exist.
But when Alice walks into class on her first day at a new school, there he is. It turns out, though, that Real Max is nothing like Dream Max, and getting to know each other in reality isn’t as perfect as Alice always hoped.
When their dreams start to bleed dangerously into their waking hours, the pair realize that they might have to put an end to a lifetime of dreaming about each other. But when you fall in love in your dreams, can reality ever be enough?
Whimsical, romantic and utterly original, Lucy Keating’s debut novel will win readers’ hearts.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I started reading Dreamology. Yes, I immediately thought the cover was gorgeous and the synopsis did peak my interest. But I was still a little worried that this story might not be for me. It didn't take me long to realize that I was going to really enjoy reading it. Dreamology grabbed my entire attention and I was sucked into the story.

I ended up reading Dreamology in one sitting. I devoured the words and couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen next!

Reasons Why I Think You Should Read Dreamology

I found this story to be very unique! I haven't read anything like it. Dreamology is intriguing and easy to read. I think the author does a wonderful job writing a story that is both a Contemporary Romance and part Science Fiction. I was completely entertained while reading and couldn't stop turning the pages!

I think the writing is gorgeous. I couldn't get enough. It was easy to be swept away by the dreams, it was like I was dreaming too. Everything flows and drips with imagination. I found the story to be creative and lovely.

I enjoyed the characters. LOVED the characters!
Alice is an interesting main character. I really liked her and found it really easy to care about her. I also liked Max. It was interesting seeing how the characters were together during dreams and during real life. The interactions, tension, and confusion caused by the dream world and the real world. I also liked the other characters in the story, I really loved Alice's friendship with Sophie. I also really enjoyed the parts with Oliver. He is an interesting character because of his interest in Alice and history with Max. I found the characters to be quite enjoyable and entertaining.

My Recommendation:

I LOVED reading this book. It pulled me in completely and quickly. I couldn't put it down. The story is unique and interesting. The writing is beautiful and the characters are easy to care about. I highly recommend giving this book a read!
